- Pandy offers paid subscriptions, automatically renewed unless canceled before the billing date.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws in Guatemala.

Pandy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Lifetime Access Terms
Our "Lifetime Access" plan is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- "Lifetime Access" is defined as access to the service for as long as the service remains operational and available.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause, subject to the following conditions:
- In the event of service discontinuation, we will provide a minimum notice period of 3 months to all affected users.
- Notice will be provided via email and in-app notifications.
- After the notice period, the service may be terminated without further notice.
- In the event of service termination:
- No refunds or reimbursements will be provided for any reason.
- Users will lose access to all service features and data.
- We are not responsible for any data loss or business impact resulting from service termination.
- We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from service discontinuation or termination.
- These terms are subject to change with prior notice. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
